Official Monthly Mural Giveaway Drawing Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the Monthly Giveaway Form. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. All closing dates will be on the last day of the month , when Monthly Giveaway promotions are announced. Monthly Giveaway promotions are not necessarily on consecutive months ,Muralmax will sometimes run a Giveaway for Five (5) months consecutively and then terminate the Monthly Giveaway once it has drawn it ’s final winners of last Giveaway. Muralmax reserves that right being that no consumer was charged any fee to enter Monthly Giveaway, and that all expenses that are incurred for Monthly Giveaways are solely the responsibility of Muralmax.com Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Muralmax.com. Muralmax is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
1) The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
2)Muralmax.com. reserves the right to terminate or discontinue this Monthly Giveaway at any time without prior notice at the end of any monthly drawing once said winner has been announced.
3) One entry per person or household.
4) Contest open to Florida residents residing in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties only.
5) Muralmax will not be responsible for any wall preparation such as plastering wholes or cracks.
6) Muralmax will not be responsible for any base color of wall paint if applicable to Mural.
7) Muralmax will not be responsible furniture to be moved in preparation for mural.
8) Muralmax will hold client (winner) responsible for any cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled start date at $350.00 for said cancellation and reschedule a new start date.
9) Muralmax will schedule all giveaway winners with a scheduled start date within 72 hours of drawing.
10) Muralmax reserves the right to schedule start date up to 120 days from date of drawing, but will work with client (winner) when Muralmax’s availability permits to expedite clients (winner) prize.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about the first or second business day of each month that promotion is available . Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone.
You must be 18 years or older, living in either Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county. Only one person may enter drawing per household.
First place winner will win a hand painted Mural, all materials are included for one (1) Wall and the size will not exceed - 8 x 8 wall equivalent to 64 square feet.
Second place prize winner will win a Five Hundred Dollar Gift Certificate ($500.00).Third place prize winner will win a Two Hundred And Fifty Dollar ($250.00) Gift Certificate
No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash portions of the prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Mail received without a verifiable and legible return address may not be accepted at Sponsor's sole discretion.
All potential winners will be notified by phone and mail at the address provided at the time of entry. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or if winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
